The form

The appointment form sends nothing to any server. What you type is used only inside your browser, to compose the text of a WhatsApp message. Pressing the button opens that message in WhatsApp, and whether to send it is your decision.

Please do not type detailed health information into the form or attach documents. The first message is only for arranging an appointment.

The map

The map does not load automatically. A request goes to Google Maps only after you press «Show the map». Until that moment no third party contacts your browser.

Browser storage

Your chosen theme (light or dark), display mode and language are stored only in your own browser. None of it is sent anywhere.

WhatsApp and telephone

Contact by WhatsApp and telephone happens outside this site and is governed by those services' own terms.
